Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns will be made in the form of an exchange, gift card or refund to the original payment method. Your choice can be specified in your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please use the Start a Return link on our page. All return shipping costs are that of the purchaser. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping damages are not the responsibility of TFT and must be handled through the shipper.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, intimates, jewellery, beauty items, special or pre ordered items or gift cards.


Once your return is received, inspected and approved, you’ll be sent an email gift card, the exchanged items or be issued a refund to your original payment method. Gift cards can be used online for anything on our site.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If your return is not accepted we will contact you by email.

Two Fifty Two Boutique is not responsible for any lost parcels.


We do not take responsibility for duties, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
